Damage to the nose on a five-month-old Air Transat Airbus A321N

On November 2, this five-month-old Air Transat Airbus A321N (registered C-GOIR) suffered significant nose damage at Vancouver Airport, Canada.

When towing, the tow bar snapped and the tug jumped under the hull. The plane has since been grounded and faces a lengthy repair.
