Logistics technology startup GoRamp was selected as the best solution for logistics and supply chain management in Central and Eastern Europe.

The CEE Logistics & Supply Chain Management Excellence Awards, organized under the auspices of Translog Connect, have named a tool for optimizing transport processes developed by the Lithuanian start-up GoRamp as the best logistics service provider of the year. The award is presented annually to an innovative service that demonstrates its effectiveness in optimizing the customer supply chain, ensuring cost and resource savings and sustainable business development.

“This award is an important recognition for us and the entire logistics technology developer community in the Baltics,” said Jevgenij Polonis, CEO and co-founder of GoRamp. “Our contribution to the development of supply chain innovation in Central and Eastern Europe is considered and appreciated. This is a big step towards GoRamp’s vision to digitize the logistics processes of manufacturing and trading companies, which currently rely on undeveloped and inefficient manual labor and outdated methods.”

GoRamp subscription model

GoRamp has developed a tool based on a monthly subscription for logistic units of manufacturing and trading companies. The companies can choose the solutions based on their supply chain processes and challenges. The modules include the planning of warehouse arrivals, the management of carrier contracts, the automated verification of invoices and the integration of the various systems. According to feedback from customers from 19 countries, the system enables savings of up to 70% in operational labor, a 20% reduction in waiting time, avoidance of downtime and compliance with the agreed budget.

For the awards GoRamp presented a success story from Schoeller Allibert, one of the largest global plastics recycling companies operating in 50 countries. The installation of the GoRamp system resulted in improved warehouse effectiveness. Schoeller Allibert managed to increase the efficiency of warehouse operations by more than a third, reduce truck queues by 90% and cut driver waiting time by 40%.

Translog Connect is an annual international congress of the supply chain industry with the aim of discussing the progress of transport, logistics and supply chain management in Central and Eastern Europe. The summit attracts over 400 participants from more than 17 countries.
