Hy-Tek Announces Rebranding – Supply Chain Management Review

Through ·

Hy-Tek Material Handling, a full-service provider of integrated fulfillment and distribution solutions, announced it has completed a major rebrand. Hy-Tek Material Handling presents itself with a new brand identity, positioning and a new brand promise as Hy-Tek Intralogistics.

Hy-Tek Material Handling originally started in 1963 as Slife Material Handling. The name and logo remained for 26 years, until Sam Grooms and four others bought the company in 1989 and renamed it Hy-Tek Material Handling – a nod to the 1980s catchphrase “high-tech.” Inspired by its roots, invents the 59-year-old national supply chain integration company is reimagining every detail of its service offering and customer experience in the form of a one-stop platform that can meet its customers at every stage of the process.

“More than fifty years ago, Hy-Tek’s goal was to grow the organization into a one-stop platform for our customers,” said Sam Grooms, CEO of Hy-Tek. “We achieved this by building in-house expertise and acquiring multiple brands. I look forward to the future of Hy-Tek Intralogistics. We believe this name best represents our comprehensive offering and supports our vision.”

Over the next few months, Hy-Tek will take steps to migrate all acquired businesses under the new Hy-Tek Intralogistics brand. The full migration is expected to be completed in early 2023.
