Annual survey rates for on-time flights, waiting times at the security line, customer surveys

The Wall Street Journal today named San Francisco International Airport (SFO) the top major US airport in its annual ranking, which consists of multiple measurements including on-time performance, security wait times and customer satisfaction scores from JD Power.

The Wall Street Journal ranked the 50 largest US airports based on nineteen operational metrics, including on-time performance, security wait times, ticket prices and the JD Power 2022 North America Airport Satisfaction Study. The airports were further divided into the 20 largest and the remaining 30.
